Our Commitment to You

At Simwerks, we stand behind our expertise. Whether we are building a full turn-key system or helping you optimize your current setup, our goal is to keep you on the track, not in the menus.

1. Installation & Craftsmanship Warranty

For all full rigs purchased directly from Simwerks or systems professionally installed by our team, we provide a 1-year labor warranty from the date of installation. This covers:

• Mechanical assembly and integrity.

• Cable management and peripheral connectivity.

• Initial software configuration and motion tuning.

2. Manufacturer Warranties

While we provide the expertise to build your dream rig, individual hardware components (Wheelbases, Pedals, PC Components, Motion Actuators) are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties (e.g., Simagic, Heusinkveld, etc.).

• In the event of a hardware failure, Simwerks will assist you in the diagnostic process to determine which component requires a claim.

3. Technical Assistance "No-Fix" Policy

We believe you should only pay for results. For our hourly technical support services:

• If we cannot diagnose or provide a solution to your specific technical hurdle, you do not pay. * Note: This does not apply to hardware that is physically broken or requires manufacturer RMA.

4. Motion Systems & Force Feedback

High-performance sim racing equipment involves powerful motors and mechanical movement.

• Safety First: All customers must sign a liability waiver prior to installation or studio use.

• Support: Technical assistance for motion systems and full rigs purchased from Simwerks is included at no additional cost for 1 year from the date of install. After 1 year, standard hourly rates apply.

5. Limitations

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Third-party software updates (Windows, specific sim titles) that alter system stability.

• Unauthorized mechanical modifications or "DIY" repairs to Simwerks-installed systems.

• Use of equipment outside of intended racing simulation parameters.
