With a robust foundation in engineering since 2009, and a track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects since 2013, my professional career has been defined by strategic planning and meticulous execution. Further enhancing this expertise, my Master's degree in Supply Chain Management provides me with a unique analytical lens, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic resource allocation for Simwerks.
I've been enthralled by sim flying since 1997, initially finding immersive joy in virtual cockpits. My passion for high-fidelity simulation truly took off around 2020, as I began acquiring and experimenting with higher-end gear, pushing the boundaries of realism from my home setup.
What I've come to appreciate is the perfect blend of accessibility and performance. My personal rigs often incorporate a mixture of mid-range and top-tier equipment, allowing for both an exceptional experience and a practical approach. This philosophy directly informs Simwerks: we believe in offering professional-grade immersion that appeals to both seasoned pros and aspiring enthusiasts.
Crucially, as a parent, I've always valued incorporating my kids into my hobbies, witnessing firsthand the excitement and learning that comes from shared experiences. This personal commitment shapes Simwerks' core identity. It's why Simwerks is designed to be more than just a haven for serious sim racers; it will be a welcoming, engaging environment where families can discover the thrill of virtual racing and flight together, fostering new passions and creating lasting memories.
I founded Simwerks to fill a critical gap in the Pittsburgh area – a premier, community-driven simulation venue. My extensive personal experience, combined with a clear vision for an inclusive yet high-performance space, uniquely positions Simwerks to become the leading destination for both dedicated racers and families seeking unparalleled entertainment.
