There are no refunds available through Simwerks LLC. All services by their nature are unreturnable except as expressed in the product description.

Simwerks LLC will exhaust up to 2 hours of time to work with the manufacturer or distributor for special order equipment. Our desire is that through the demo studio you are able to know exactly what you want prior to buying.
